Upon the Scheme becoming effective and pursuant to the order passed by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench:
The issued, subscribed and paid up share capital of the company of Rs. 56,90,02,200/- comprising of 5,69,00,220 equity shares of Rs. 10/- shall stand reduced to Rs. 11,38,00,440/- comprising of 5,69,00,220 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up by way of reduction in the face value and paid up value of the said 5,69,00,220 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid by Rs. 8/- each per equity share.
